Fairy Sweet,
tidy and neat.
Bet this dainty is pleasing,
coming into season.
A real nice surprise
is a look from promising eyes.
Just a fairy
who is darer.
not giving in to what is scary.
Only the size of a butterfly,
human body and face with wings,
this bundle of electricity,
does not glide
from place to place,
feet fling.
So alone in a world lost to kind.
Amongst insects roughly same size
and giant wingless similar shaped humans.
Fairy female searches to find.
The merriment of companionship.
The pleasure understood affection brings.
Listening on flights magic rush,
occasionally bemused with flush,
wishing upon faint fondest hope.
That she had heard her very own folk.
